Dear All,

Unfortunately we regret to announce that we are having to postpone the Warden House Fireworks event due to adverse weather conditions. The event is being rescheduled to next week 12th November at the same time of the gates opening at 5:30pm and the display starting at 7:00pm.

We know that this will be disappointing for everyone, including us as organisers, however our priority is everyone’s safety and the high winds forecast would make going ahead with the event unsafe.

The forecast for next Saturday is much better. Your tickets will be automatically valid for the new date. We are looking forward to welcoming everyone next week on 12th November to enjoy the fireworks.

Please note that any members of the public requesting refunds must do so by the end of the day on Wednesday 9 November. Please email scott.mcnamara@warden-house.kent.sch.uk.

Warden House Primary School Parent , Teacher and Friend Association is delighted to be able to put in our community fireworks event in 2022. 

Tickets are available at a discounted rate for advanced booking, £6 per adult and £4 per child. Children 3 and under are free. 

**PRESALE ONLY FAMILY OFFER** 2 adults and 2 children for £18.

*£7 per adult and £5 per child on the day.

All children and young people under the age of 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult.

Please ensure you have printed a copy of your QR code or have a screen shot them on your phone in case of internet issues. The QR code will be scanned on entry. If you need to leave and re-enter the ground your QR code will need to be checked out and in again.
Ticket costs include a 50p booking fee.

Should I book in advance?
Yes, we have a limited capacity, and once this is met, no more tickets will be sold.

What time does the event start?
The gates will open at 17:30 - the display will begin at 19:00, please arrive in plenty of time as we are hoping that the event will be well attended.

What if it rains on the day of the event?
In the event of adverse weather conditions, the organisers reserve the right to move the event to an alternative date. If the event cannot be rescheduled, then tickets will be refunded minus the 50p booking fee.

Are tickets refundable?
Please note if the event goes ahead all tickets are non-refundable.

Can I bring sparklers?
Unfortunately, for the safety of our visitors, sparklers (or any other fireworks) are not allowed at the event.

Where can I park?
There will be no parking available on site and the surrounding area does become very busy, so we recommend using public transport where possible.

NO ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED TO BE BROUGHT ON SITE.
