Join us for a hands-on Sausage Making Workshop– a 3-hour workshop led by Remi, a local expert craft butcher. Whether you’re a total beginner or a curious foodie, this workshop is the perfect way to learn the art of traditional sausage making using high-quality, locally-sourced pork.

At the end of the session, you’ll head home with 1kg of your very own handmade sausages – perfect for sharing (or not!).

Meet Your Butcher: Remi
With over five years of experience and a passion for additive-free, flavour-packed meat, Remi is a master of his craft. From sausages and burgers to steaks and more, everything he creates is inspired by quality ingredients and your feedback.
