Sausage Making Workshop with Remi

Sunday 23rd November | 12–3pm
£75 per person – includes lunch and a glass of wine

Join us for a hands-on Sausage Making Workshop– a 3-hour workshop led by Remi, a local expert craft butcher. Whether you’re a total beginner or a curious foodie, this workshop is the perfect way to learn the art of traditional sausage making using high-quality, locally-sourced pork.

What You’ll Learn:

  • How to bone out a pork shoulder

  • Dicing and mincing techniques

  • Spicing and seasoning blends

  • Using a sausage-making machine

  • Linking sausages like a pro

At the end of the session, you’ll head home with 1kg of your very own handmade sausages – perfect for sharing (or not!).

After the workshop, sit down to a well-earned meal in our cosy Long Room, with your first glass of wine on us.
