Fraxinus Prime’s work could be described as alternative rock melodies spun with contemporary electronic styles... Like a 90s Rave MC meets a 1940's crooner.

Fraxinus Prime 
Ash Boo-Shultz’s Fraxinus Prime project was born on an operating table in the spring of 2023 at St. Josephs Hospital in Toronto. Mere hours away from losing his left hand due to a severe staph infection, Ash DJ'd the operation with his right hand while they worked on his left hand. The DJing apparently went over very well, since the nurses Shazammed his tracks during the operation. Realizing he might never play the guitar again (as he had for Alternative Dance Rock duo USS) Ash crystalized a new vision for himself with the title Fraxinus Prime. Ash realised he might need to use his voice as his primary instrument.

Vice Locker
Occasional producer of half-decent electronic music Vice Locker cuts his own path. His instantly recognisable sound is one moment slamming, the next introspective. Whether performing in the studio or live, Vice Locker combines massive analog synthesizer sounds with lush melody and groovy beats guaranteed to make you move your feet. Watch for select pieces of his vintage synthesizer collection in his live rig. Vice Locker is the production moniker of Stouffville native Charles Topping.

dreamSTATE
Founded in 1995, the dreamSTATE duo of Scott M2 and Jamie Todd have blazed trails in Canadian live ambient-soundscape performances and nurtured the vital Toronto ambient music scene by curating THE AMBiENT PiNG live music series since 2000 and launching DRONE:KLUB in 2016. Besides performing electronic music from deep ambience to chilled grooves and driving Berlin-school sequences, dreamSTATE has also created a variety of soundscape installations and squeezed one into their infinite ambient music iPhone app Ephemeral City.

Timerity
Timerity is a modern classical pianist who does a mixture of classical-inspired original material and reimagined covers of well-known songs. Though he has been playing piano for most of his life, he is better known as the guitarist/pianist in Protest The Hero. Some of his material was originally used on PTH albums as interludes in between songs to bring some calm to the otherwise chaotic, aggressive music. As a live act, he likes to bring a relaxing ambiance to his shows with a mixture of technical pieces and sing-along crowd favourites.
