Schedule of activities: 
2:00 PM – Welcome & Orientation
Arrive at Bolt Ranch and join us for a welcome mocktail. Meet your hosts, connect with fellow guests, and get your afternoon schedule.

2:20 PM – 4:50 PM – Rotating Experiences
You’ll move through a series of curated stations designed to immerse you in capability, craft, and community.

• Drive Experience – Take the wheel of the INEOS Grenadier for an on- and off-road loop. Feel its engineering where it matters.
• The Museum Tour – Step into a guided walkthrough of vehicle heritage, engineering breakthroughs, and purpose-built design.
• The Speaker Sessions – Hear from voices in conservation, design, and craftsmanship.

5:00 PM – 6:00 PM — Mocktail Social + Live Cooking
Gather at Chef Sarah Glover's s open-air kitchen for handcrafted, zero-proof mocktails designed to refresh without slowing you down. While Chef prepares the evening’s meal over live fire, enjoy small bites, conversation, and the kind of drink service that keeps you clear for the road ahead.

6:00 PM – Dinner Service
Sit down for a three-course dinner designed to celebrate connection—between people, machines, and the landscapes that inspire both.

Ticketing & Cancellation Policy

Ticket Categories

• Adult Ticket – $250 per person, ages 15+.
• Family Ticket – $700 for 2 adults + 2 children (ages 14 and under).
  • Any guest aged 15+ must have an adult ticket.
  • Family tickets are refunded or transferred as a complete unit, not individually.

Cancellations

• 100% Refund – Available if you cancel within 48 hours of purchase and more than 30 days before the event.
• No Refunds – After the 48-hour window, all sales are final.
  • We encourage ticket transfers if you cannot attend.

Ticket Transfers

• Tickets may be transferred to another guest up to 7 days before the event at no charge.
• Please notify us via email to confirm any name changes.

Event Cancellation by Organizer

• If the event is postponed or canceled, you may choose between a full refund or credit toward a future event.
