Warren Association Christmas Craft Fayre 26

Welcome to our online booking form for the Christmas Craft Fayre! If you would like a stall, the cost per space is £11.
Each space is approximately 6ft. If you would like a classroom table, there is an additional charge of £1. Please note that classroom tables are not 6ft and may vary in height and size. We aim to keep our stall prices low, but we would really appreciate a raffle prize to support our fundraising, preferably something from your stall and nothing electrical, please. As this is a Craft Fayre, we only accept stalls selling handmade crafts. 
Insurance Requirements Due to guidance from our insurance provider:

• We must charge £1 for insurance cover at the event, which applies only if you make items as a hobby, do not advertise your products, and do not sell food items.
• If you do advertise your goods or sell food items, you will need to provide your own insurance certificate.
• If you are selling food, we also require a copy of your food hygiene certificate (please attach it to your booking form).

Payment Due to previous issues with payments, we now require payment at the time of booking via our online form. We cannot reserve your space unless payment is received.
Arrival & Parking The school will be open from 9am onwards. Stall holders may drop off only, as we need to keep space available for customer parking. There is no stallholder parking on site. Please park at:
Co-op Car Park, Ashburnham Way, Lowestoft, NR33 9EJ We ask that you are mindful of our neighbours and follow our parking guidelines to minimise disruption. Confirmation We will contact you by email or phone to confirm your booking.
