Warwick District Council and the Landlord Steering Group are delighted to invite landlords, letting agents and everyone involved in the private rented sector to our next free Landlord Forum at the SYDNI Centre, Leamington Spa.

Whether you own one property or a large portfolio and whether you are an experienced landlord or new to the sector, the forum offers practical advice, expert guidance and the opportunity to learn from others.

Featured presentation: The Renters' Rights Act – Next Steps: What Every Landlord Needs to Know

This timely presentation will explain the latest developments and what they are likely to mean for landlords, followed by an extended 'questions from delegates' session, giving you the opportunity to put your questions directly to an expert speaker.

Our previous forum attracted a record number of delegates and was fully booked, so early booking is strongly recommended.
