Community Quilting Workshop with Natalie Baxter
Friends! Neighbors! Quilters and the quilting curious!
Join us for our 4th annual free afternoon of sewing with Wassaic Project residency and exhibition alum Natalie Baxter.
In this hands-on workshop, participants will learn how to design, cut, and piece a quilt square using a sewing machine. All materials and tools are provided, and experienced quilters will be on hand to help. Together, we will create a community quilt stitched by many hands that will be displayed at the Wassaic Project and later raffled off to benefit the Wassaic Fire Company. After you've made your square, we'll have a potluck social where we share food, connect with neighbors, and celebrate our creative community.
Sponsored by the Wassaic Project and Cottage Courses.
