About the Event

Circle the Wagens is a local Volkswagen car show geared toward bringing VW owners from all over together to enjoy sharing, connecting, and exchanging stories.

We proudly donate 100% of ticket sales to our local nonprofit partner, Nourish NC.

This is a FREE community event for spectators.

Car Show & Community Event: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Event Schedule

• Car Arrival & Vendor Setup: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• Car Show & Community Event: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

• Awards Ceremony: 3:30 PM

Ticket Types:

1. Car Show Participant Ticket

• For individuals displaying a Volkswagen vehicle in the show only

• Includes a designated vehicle display space

• Does not include permission to sell goods or services

2. Vendor Ticket (Art / Goods Only)

• For vendors selling art, merchandise, or handmade goods

• Includes one vendor space (no vehicle display as part of the show)

• Vendors must remain set up for the duration of the event

3. Show Vehicle + Vendor Ticket

• For participants who want to display their vehicle and sell goods

• Allows vending directly out of your show vehicle

• Vehicle vendors will be parked in a designated vendor area

• This ticket is required if you plan to sell items while also showing your car

1. Event Participation

• Participant/Vendor is approved to participate on the event date listed.

• Vehicle and vendor spaces are assigned by the Host.

• All participants agree to remain present and operational for the full duration of the event unless prior arrangements are approved.

2. Setup & Breakdown

• Setup Time: Participants may arrive no earlier than 9:00 AM and must be fully set up by 12:00 PM.

• Breakdown: No early teardown or departure before the event ends without Host approval.

• Participants must provide all necessary equipment, including tables, tents, displays, extension cords, etc.

• Tents must be properly weighted for safety.

3. Rules & Regulations

• Prohibited Items: No outside alcohol may be brought or sold. No illegal substances, weapons, or hazardous materials.

• All participants must comply with local, state, and federal laws.

• Areas must be kept clean; all trash must be removed at the end of the event.

• Amplified music is not permitted without Host approval.

4. Licenses & Permits

• Vendors are responsible for obtaining any required licenses, permits, or insurance.

• Documentation may be requested by the Host.

5. Raffle Donation Requirement (VENDORS ONLY)

• All vendors (Vendor Ticket and Show Vehicle + Vendor Ticket holders) must donate one product or item to the event raffle.

• 100% of raffle proceeds benefit Nourish NC.

• Raffle items must be delivered during setup and labeled with the vendor’s name.

6. Liability

• Participation is at your own risk.

• Waterline Brewing Company and event organizers are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury.

7. Payment & Fees

• Fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the Host.

• Refunds are available only for cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the event.

8. Weather Policy

• Event is rain or shine unless severe weather poses safety risks.

• Vendors may be moved indoors if available.

• No refunds due to weather unless otherwise stated.

9. Agreement

By purchasing a ticket, Participant/Vendor acknowledges they have read, understand, and agree to all rules and regulations listed above.
