Ren Faire Vendor Portal

1. Event Participation

1. Vendor is approved to participate in the event on the above date.
2. The Host will assign vendor space. Vendor agrees to operate during the full scheduled event hours unless prior arrangements are made.
3. If you require any special accommodations (such as electricity or use of a generator), please contact the event coordinator prior to purchasing your vendor ticket.

2. Setup & Breakdown

1. Setup Time: Vendors may arrive no later than 1 hour before the event starts and must be ready for business by the event start time.
2. Breakdown: Vendor may not dismantle or leave before the event end time without Jessica's or the WL Event Coordinators approval
3. Vendor is responsible for bringing all necessary equipment, including tables, tents, displays, extension cords, etc.
4. Tents must be weighted for safety.
5. Indoor events, vendors will have a 8x8ft space. Outside events, Vendors have a 10x10 spot

3. Rules & Regulations

1. Prohibited Items: No outside alcohol may be brought or sold on premises. No illegal substances, weapons, or hazardous materials are permitted.
2. Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal laws, including health and safety codes.
3. Vendors must keep their area clean, dispose of all trash, and leave the space in the condition it was found.
4. Vendors may not play amplified music without permission from the Host.
5. NO GLITTER!

4. Licenses & Permits

Vendor is solely responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses, permits, or insurance required for their participation (e.g., food handler’s permits, tax ID numbers). Copies may be requested by Host.

5. Liability

1. Vendor participates at their own risk.
2. Waterline Brewing Company, its owners, employees, and representatives are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to Vendor property or persons.

6. Payment & Fees/Cancellation Policy

Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the host cancels the event or the vendor notifies the event coordinator at least 7 days prior to the event start time to be eligible for a refund.

8. Weather Policy

Events are generally held rain or shine unless severe weather causes cancellation for safety reasons. Vendors will be pulled inside in case of a weather emergency, if vendors cannot move inside, a refund will be issued

9. Agreement

By paying for this VENDOR FEE agreement, Vendor acknowledges that they have read and agree to abide by all rules and regulations stated above.
