The Perfect Pair Series brings together Wayward Lane beer and the craft of local producers we love. Each month features a new partner and a curated tasting designed to highlight their creations alongside ours.

One of our favorite pairings, hands down. Steph over at Sleepy Forest is a bit of a doughnut wizard. Everything she makes is from scratch and she’s always coming up with wild seasonal flavors that somehow get even better every time we do this.

🍩 Mascarpone lemon glaze, almond “olive” “mortadella and salami “cookies, balsamic strawberry drip. A play on a charcuterie board!

Hazy IPA w/ Citra, Nelson Sauvin & Nelson Sauvin Cryo

🍩 Cara Cara orange glaze, lemon tuile, mango

Barrel Aged Double Mash Imperial Stout Conditioned on Toasted Almonds, Coffee, & Vanilla Beans

🍩 Crème Brûlée: Vanilla bean pastry cream with a brûléed sugar top, vanilla shortbread.
