Our Project Management Fundamentals workshop is an introduction to Project Management and Quality Improvement, which provides participants with the basic skills and tools to assist them in identifying opportunities for small-scale “quick win” process improvements!
The workshops are free to all cancer health professionals within WCMICS health services and provides 6 CPD hours.
