Expenses not included with your Tour Ticket:

• Airfare to/from Tokyo
• Meals (other than the three group dinners)
• Monorail Tickets (Yes, you need to pay to ride the monorail in TDR, but it's worth it!)
• Japan Rail and Tokyo Metro Tickets
• Any other incidental costs, such as souvenirs
• Gratuities for your tour guide
• Any required mobility devices (note that ECVs are not common in Japan; the park only rents manual wheelchairs)

• A valid passport from the United States or Canada that has an expiry date later than May 31, 2028.
• A device with the Tokyo Disney Resort App loaded and an account set up for the app.

Friday November 5, 2027 - Travel Day

• Flights from Orlando & Dallas to Tokyo Narita Airport (NRT)

Saturday November 6, 2027 - Arrival in Tokyo

• Shuttle bus transfer to Hilton Tokyo Bay, check-in upon arrival
• Evening Meet & Greet - Get to know your fellow travelers

Sunday November 7, 2027 - Tokyo Disneyland Orientation

• Take a leisurely day to explore Tokyo Disneyland, get oriented, and get over your jet lag. We'll experience some attractions as crowds permit.

Monday November 8, 2027 - Tokyo DisneySea Orientation

• Take a leisurely day to explore Tokyo DisneySea, get oriented, and experience some attractions.

Tuesday November 9, 2027 - Tokyo Station Orientation

• We'll guide you on a train ride from Maihama to Tokyo Station, and spend the day exploring this underground city.

Wednesday November 10, 2027 - Tokyo Disneyland

• Tom will take you on a guided tour of the park while you revel in his extensive knowledge.
  

Thursday November 11, 2027 - Tokyo DisneySea

• Tom will take you on a guided tour of the park while you revel in his extensive knowledge.

Friday November 12, 2027 - Tokyo Disneyland

Saturday November 13, 2027 - Tour Tokyo

• A bus tour of the city will cover the major sights.

Sunday November 14, 2027 - Tour Tokyo

• We'll split into smaller groups to visit some selected locations. A group dinner cruise will cap off the day.

Monday November 15, 2027 - Tokyo DisneySea

Tuesday November 16, 2027 - Optional Park Day or Tokyo Day

Wednesday November 17, 2027 - Optional Park Day or Tokyo Day

Thursday November 18, 2027 - Departure Day

• Shuttle bus transfer to Airport

Cost and Payment Information:

• Single Occupancy
  • You get your own hotel room.
  • $6600 for one person.
• Double Occupancy
  • Two people share a room with two beds. Each person gets their own bed.
  • $4700 per person for two people.
• Triple Occupancy
  • Three people share a room with three beds. Each person gets their own bed.
  • $3400 for the third person. (This is additional to the $4700 per person for the first two people in the room.)
• Deposit (50%) due upon booking
• Final payment (50%) due July 1, 2027
• Fully refundable if cancelled before July 1, 2027 (minus any credit card fees)
• Cancellation fee if cancelled before August 1: 25% of amount paid
• Cancellation fee if cancelled before September 1: 50% of amount paid
• Cancellation fee if cancelled on or after September 1: 100% of amount paid

Recommended Flights:

You are free to book any flights you wish on any airline. In order to utilize our Shuttle Bus Transfer to Hilton Tokyo Bay on November 6, your flight must arrive at Tokyo Narita Airport (NRT) by 4:30pm on Saturday November 6.

Jason will be flying on the below itinerary to Tokyo. If you would like Jason's assistance at the airport and customs in Japan, and boarding the Shuttle Bus to the hotel, you must be on these flights.

You are free to book any return flight on Thursday November 18, from either Tokyo Haneda Airport (HND) or Tokyo Narita Airport (NRT). We will arrange a shuttle bus for you from the Hilton Tokyo Bay to either airport at any time on Thursday November 18.

Payments by credit card or PayPal are subject to a 2.99% surcharge. This fee only applies to credit card or PayPal transactions and does not exceed our cost of processing. This surcharge is added to the invoice as a "booking fee." You can avoid this fee by selecting a ticket paid by cash, check, or money order. The address to which the payment must be sent will be in your email confirmation.
