This is an interactive and thought-provoking course designed for senior leaders and decision-makers within SMEs. Using Corporate Governance as the springboard, we explore how boards and leadership teams can embed sustainability, accountability, resilience and long-term value creation into business strategy and decision-making.

Together, we will explore the science behind climate change, the evolving regulatory and business environment and the critical role leadership plays in driving meaningful change.
