Creative Balance Wellbeing Festival

A day-long celebration of wellbeing for racialised communities in Scotland's creative sector. Join us for workshops, live music, performances, talks, exhibitions, and community food.
We'll explore what wellbeing means and hear from artists, practitioners, and researchers about joy, resilience, and care in the creative industries.

- Workshops in music, holistic wellbeing and dance/movement

Please note, children must be accompanied by an adult. This festival is family-friendly during our morning and early afternoon programme (11am–2pm). Our later performances and talks may explore heavier themes connected to wellbeing and lived experience. We welcome families to make choices about what's right for them and their children.
