Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests MUST be submitted in writing or email to info@westerndredging.org.

• Refunds will be issued for the total registration amount less:
  • 10% cancellation from January 1, 2022 to April 15, 2022 + $50 processing fee.
  • 25% cancellation from April 15th to June 15, 2022, + $50 processing fee.
  • No refunds will be made for cancellations received on or after June 15, 2022.
  • If the show is canceled due to COVID-19 restrictions, you will receive a full refund.
