• Booths measure 8' deep x 10' wide or approximately 2.44 meters deep x 3 meters wide and include the following:
  • One (1) conference registration (access to all meals, technical sessions, and social functions)

  • 8' high back wall, 3' high side rail, wastebasket, and ID sign.

  • Carpeting - The Expo Hall is located inside the Premier Ballroom on the Conference level 3rd-floor and has a new plush carpet

• Additional Booth Representatives
  • Each 10' x 8' booth includes one (1) representative conference registration.
  • Additional Booth Representatives can be added in the 2nd section of the online registration form for $950 each.
    • Additional booth representatives are full conference registrations and will have access to all technical sessions, meals, functions, and social activities.
• Electrical and Table & Chair Upgrades
  
  • Electrical for exhibitors is charged at $95 per day by the MGM Grand. If you would like WEDA to add electrical for Tuesday, July 18th, and Wednesday, July 19th, please select "Add Electrical" for $265 for 5 AMP or $650 for 20 AMP, and WEDA will coordinate the drop with a power strip to your booth.
    
  • Replace the standard table and (2) chairs with a 30" W x 40" H Pedestal Table and (2) Bar Stools for an additional fee of $95.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests MUST be submitted in writing or by email to info@westerndredging.org.

• Refunds will be issued for the total registration amount less:
  • 10% cancellation from March 15, 2023, to May 1, 2023, + $50 processing fee.
  • 25% cancellation from May 2nd to July 1, 2023, + $50 processing fee.
  • No refunds will be made for cancellations received on or after July 1, 2023.
  • You will receive a full refund if the show is canceled due to COVID-19 restrictions or another pandemic.
