Join Us at Pilot Mountain Vineyards for an elevated Valentine's Wine Dinner designed for those who appreciate exceptional food, expertly paired wines, and a refined, relaxed dining experience.

This one-night celebration features a five-course plated dinner, with each course intentionally paired with a locally sourced wine. Throughout the evening, our featured speaker will guide guests though every pairing, sharing the story behind each wine and how it enhances the flavors of the dish.

With seating intentionally limited to preserve the intimacy of the experience, this evening is designed to feel personal, unhurried, and truly special.

Valentine’s Day Menu

• First Course – Hors d’Oeuvres
  • Butternut Squash Bruschetta
• Second Course – Salade Verte
  • Fancy greens with shaved Parmesan, walnuts, pickled beets, and a house-made Dijon vinaigrette
• Third Course – Bright Sea
  • Green Tea & Pistachio–crusted Mahi Mahi, finished with citrus beurre blanc and served with lightly grilled, seasoned asparagus
• Fourth Course – Moody Land
  • Beef Tenderloin Medallions with a Merlot pan sauce, served alongside wild mushroom risotto
• Fifth Course – Decadent Dessert
  • Individual mousse cups topped with whipped cream and a fresh berry garnish

(Each course will be paired with a selected wine.)

Dining begins promptly at 6 PM. Guests are encouraged to arrive between 5 and 5:45 PM to check in, enjoy the venue, and settle in before the first course.

Seating is limited to preserve the intimate atmosphere. Tickets are non refundable and reservations will close on 2/8/26. Ticket price listed is per person.
