On Tuesday 16th August, Will Mahusay, chef/owner of Filipino restaurant, Sydney Cebu Lechon, and Racha Abou Alchamat, one half of Racha's Syrian Kitchen, will be combining their culinary talents. Syrian and Filipino cuisines are both underrepresented cuisines in Australia, now it's time for you to discover new cuisines!

Tortang Talong (Smoked Eggplant Omelette)
A selection of Syrian Appetisers, with dips to share
Mains:
Lechon Lamb Shawarma, a Filipino twist on the classic shawarma
Kebab B Karaz, a dish that's originally from Aleppo, Syria (comes with cherry sauce, bread, roasted nuts, parsley)
For vegetarians: Syrian Moussaka with Arabic bread (chargrilled eggplant with fresh tomato, chickpea, onion)

Ube Icecream (a purple yam native to the Philippines)
