ONLY VEGETARIAN DISHES will be offered on the day, below are some of those dishes:

Kothu Roti, Vadai & Sambal Combo - Diced roti stir-fried w/ egg, onions, chillies. Vadais are fritters. 

Egg Roti & Curry Combo - Egg roti is famous in Sri Lanka, consists of eggs, red onion, curry leaves, chilli flakes 

Masala Dosa -  Made from rice, lentils, potato, fenugreek, ghee and curry leaves, and served with chutneys
