A guided deep relaxation to prepare you to drift off into deep sleep.
In the comfort of your own home, no cameras, no microphones, just get cosy and comfy and be guided to a state of deep relaxation inviting ‘rest and repair’.
‘Rest and repair’ refers to the body's essential, parasympathetic-driven state (the "rest and digest" system) that promotes healing, muscle recovery, and hormonal balance, opposing the stress-induced "fight or flight" response. Proper rest reduces burnout, prevents injury, and allows the body to repair tissues and strengthen the immune system.
When we reduce our stress we reduce our susceptibility to illness and disease.

These online meditations are aimed at preparing you for a deeply restful night’s sleep. It is my mission to help people to calm their nervous systems and in doing so reduce stress and anxiety and improve mental and physical health. For this reason I wish these offerings to be accessible to anyone, so booking is free or by donation on a pay what you can basis - £2 suggested donation.
