Creating a Wellbeing Economy manifesto for Scotland
Join us online for an opportunity to help us develop our manifesto for the economy ahead of the Scottish Parliament elections in 2026.
Based on the valuable input from our members and network at the workshops we ran in May, we have now developed our draft manifesto for the economy. We would love to get your feedback at our final online workshops in August.
Both workshops will be the same. Please book one of the following:
Tuesday 19 August: virtual room opens at 12:45pm for 1pm start.
Thursday 28 August: virtual room opens at 9.45am for 10am start.
Come along to one of the workshops and help us finalise our manifesto asks around the following Wellbeing Economy needs:
Dignity - everyone has enough to live in comfort, safety and happiness
Purpose - we have a shared sense of belonging and institutions serve the common good
Nature - a restored and safe natural world for all life
Participation - people take part in decision making and are engaged in their communities
Fairness - income, wealth and power is distributed fairly
We kindly ask that you come prepared to share your views and feedback. In advance of the workshops, we’ll share key manifesto themes with you.
Please note spaces in each group are limited to ensure we have an even spread across each policy area. Spaces will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis.
Due to the limited number of spaces available, tickets will be limited to one per organisation.
