Join us for an uplifting joyful 60 minutes!
De-stress, relax, and build your mental health - all with more laughter. Laughter yoga has ZERO yoga positions. The yoga element refers to the hearty breathing that results from natural belly laughter! Sam invites laughter without forcing it. Playful group exercises are used to generate natural laughter. You can remain seated, move AND ALWAYS able to opt out from any group exercise.
In between the laughter, she shares powerful relaxation techniques. Feel better, sleep better and gain new insights into how lengthened laughter promotes mental and physical well-being and even happy ageing!***Connect with yourself, connect with community and make new friends.
