I was asked recently what laughing daily for over 6 years has done for me personally. The answer I gave was that I was more present and able to connect to my heart more deeply and easily. In addition, I feel like I'm aging happily and have become somewhat ambidextrous!
I am inspired to facilitate Laughter Yoga* with a focus on exercise to expand your heart during the season of Valentine's Day.
*Zero yoga positions, the word yoga refers to the healthy breathwork that the laughter creates.

Love is the whole thing. We are only pieces. ~ Rumi
When it comes to your cardiac health, laughter can play a role in keeping your heart in shape...
'Laugh and be thankful—it’s good for the heart... Laughter triggers chemical responses in the brain that lead to feelings of pleasure and a sense of well-being. Laughter also appears to go beyond the belly and the brain—arteries respond to it in healthy ways that could improve blood flow and long-term health.' - Harvard Health
