Benefit of laughter yoga...
Remember there is no yoga postures, the word yoga refers to the healthy breathwork that arises from your lengthened laughter. You can remain seated or join in with movement. A safe and supportive space is created to generate authentic laughter. Group exercised based without jokes, connect with others to aid your wellness through social connections. Both smiling and laughing can have a beneficial effect on your health, while reducing stress and increasing your confidence and likeability. Rediscover what is already within you...laughter! Learn how to extend it, cultivate it, and utilize it for inner strength as a powerful tool to connect with yourself and others. Attendees report better sleep, deep relaxation, more energy and feeling better.
Benefits of a Sound Bath...
A Sound Bath can be deeply restorative. At the start of the session you will be invited to connect with the breath and voice, before lying down to receive the magical sounds of Himalayan bowls, Tibetan bells, sea drum, shanti chimes, bio-sonic tuning forks and voice. Receiving a Sound Bath is a very personal experience. You may feel energised, refreshed, grounded or a sense of deep relaxation. A good way to reset the nervous system and bring in a sense of balance and calm. Sound Healing can stimulate the body’s natural healing mechanisms, boosting the immune system, reducing stress and improving general well being.
