Summer Sound Bath at Sociable

Join us at Sociable Cider Werks for a 60-minute community sound bath designed to help you unwind, recharge, and reset for the weekend.

Through layered sound, calming frequencies, and a grounding atmosphere, this experience creates space to disconnect from the constant noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself and your community. Come solo, bring a friend, grab a drink, and settle in for a cozy morning experience.

Weather permitting, we’ll gather outdoors for an open-air sound bath surrounded by fresh air and sunshine.

Your ticket includes one beverage from Sociable to enjoy after the session.

Please bring anything that will help you feel comfortable during the experience (yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask, etc.). Limited spots available.
