INER CHI COLLABORATION- A Moment for You- Tranquil Thursdays Sound Bath - Crystal Instruments

I am so excited to invite you to a one of a kind healing experience.For this special event I am joining forces with Iner Chi, who use incredible technology to photograph your Aura in real time.You’ll get to see your energy, your blocks, your colours and your alignment before and after your sound bath.

This is such a powerful opportunity to witness your energetic shift with your own eyes, not just feel it.
Here’s what makes this experience so unique and deeply transformative.
Before the Sound Bath
– You will have your Aura photographed
– Luke and Lucie from Iner Chi will be with us, and Luke will give a short talk guiding you through what a report looks like and what your energy is communicating
During the Sound Bath– You’ll relax into an hour of deep healing using crystal singing bowls, these frequencies support your energetic system to rebalance, align and release
After the Sound Bath– You will have your second Aura photograph taken– You’ll receive 2 detailed reports which you can compare at home to see your your energetic changes before and after the sound bath session.
 You will also take home a beautiful goodie bag

Sound Bath & Aura Photography Experience
I invite you to join this beautiful Sound Bath Experience, an hour that is completely yours.This is your moment to clear your mind, come back into your body and be fully present.Close out the noise of everyday life and let the frequencies wash over you as they realign and restore your chakras.
This session uses mainly crystal instruments such as crystal bowls, bells and chimes.

What is a Sound Bath
We live in a fast paced world where our minds rarely get the chance to fully switch off and surrender.The intention of a sound bath is to guide your mind into a meditative Theta state, where you are cocooned in sound and vibration.
This ancient form of healing uses frequencies to support the mind and body from within.

What to Expect
– Bring a mat, blanket and pillow so you can create your own cosy sanctuary, an eye mask can also enhance the experience
– Find your space, settle in, and allow your thoughts to drift as I guide you into deep relaxation
– As the frequencies flow through you, your chakras are encouraged back into alignment and balance
– The full experience lasts around an hour

Who Can Attend
Sound Baths are suitable for many people, however these contraindications mean you will not be able to attend.
– First trimester of pregnancy
– Under the influence of drugs or alcohol
– Epilepsy
– Heart condition, pacemaker or high sensitivity to sound
– Severe mental health condition or on certain medication unless signed off by your GP

Event Details
Doors open at 6.15pm for Aura photography and settling in
Doors close at 6.55pmSound Bath runs from 7pm to 8pm
From 8pm to 8.30pm we will begin the second Aura photography session
Once doors are closed, no further entry is permitted.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel with 48 hours’ notice for a full refund.Less than 48 hours, tickets are non refundable but can be moved to another sound bath date,Aura photography is not available on alternative dates,
