Need help?
I invite you to join this Sound Bath Experience for an hour in time, that is completely yours. Use this time to clear your mind and be present in the moment, just for you. Close out the noise and allow the frequencies to wash over you as they realign your chakras.
A soundbath will take place every 2 weeks at this venue.
This soundbath is using a mix of crystal and Tibetan bowls, gong, drums,c chimes etc.
There are alternative dates available at this venue where I use mainly crystal instruments, such as bowls, bells and chimes.
Please see my events page for dates and see details in the ticket information section.
What is a Sound Bath?
We live in a fast paced world, where we very rarely get a chance to completely stop and 'surrender' our mind. The aim is to allow your mind to reach a meditative state (Theta) where you are bathed in sound, hence why the session is called a Sound Bath.
A Sound Bath is used to initiate healing of the mind and body (from within) using the power of vibration and frequencies.
This type of healing is thousands of years old and known across the world. I will use a variety of instruments, although mainly Crystal Bowls.
What to expect...
Bring a mat, blanket and pillow so you have a comfortable place to lay. Also an eye mask can enhance your sensory experience.
Choose your space and allow all your thoughts to simply drift away as you are guided through a meditation.
As your brain slows down listen to the soothing instruments, as they produce different sound and vibrations, with frequencies that connect to your energy systems (Chakras) to help them align and balance.
The experience lasts about an hour in total.
Who can take part in a Sound Bath?
A group Sound Bath is suitable for many people of all ages.
