This year’s theme is Reframe Your Story. Stories start long before anyone sits down to write. They start with what we pay attention to and the questions we ask. We know you already tell good stories. This year is about the shifts that help them reach people in new ways and move them to act.

WellTold: A Nonprofit Storytelling Conference is an intentional gathering place for nonprofit leaders, storytellers, and changemakers who believe stories can fuel generosity, trust, and lasting community impact. On April 29, 2027 we’ll gather more than 250 nonprofit leaders in Fargo to learn, connect, and grow. Plus, we’ll have another 300+ joining us online.
