Course details
Refresh your life drawing skills with a mix of traditional techniques and innovative approaches. This is a fast-paced day where you will produce a wide range of outcomes from drawings, collage and three-dimensional works. The course aims to give you new approaches to life drawing which will build your confidence and broaden your skills. Alongside the experimental component, you will be guided on measuring, looking at form, creating an atmosphere within the work and building on your own personal approach.
Throughout the day, time will be taken to reflect on the work and work as a group to provide feedback and guidance. The course will require some experience of drawing and an enthusiasm to try new things. By the end of the day, you will have produced a wide range of works which are works in their own right or can be used to stimulate new pieces at home or in the studio.
A life model will be provided for the duration of the course.
