Join us for a behind-the-scenes tour of the West Dean Collections and Archive with a tour guide. This is a unique opportunity to discover intriguing stories about West Dean House and some of its fascinating occupants and visitors. In the historic house, you will see rare paintings, furniture, tapestries bringing West Dean’s rich history to life.

Tour dates:

• Friday 1st May: 12:00pm | 02:00pm
• Saturday 2nd May: 10:30am | 12:00pm | 02:00pm
• Sunday 3rd May: 10:30am | 12:00pm | 02:00pm
• Monday 4th May: 10:30am | 12:00pm | 02:00pm

Important ticketing info: Please note that these tours are part of the ROSA Botanical Art Fair. To attend, you must purchase a ROSA Art Fair entry ticket via the ROSA magazine website in addition to your specific House Tour ticket.

General Information:
Tickets must be purchased in advance. Due to the historical nature of the West Dean House, some areas may be inaccessible to those with mobility issues. Please get in touch meetings@westdean.ac.uk if you have any questions.

Entry is through West Dean Gardens entrance, where a member of staff will check your ticket and direct you to West Dean House. 

Cancellations:
Cancellations are permitted up to 7 days before the start of a tour, cancellations within 7 days of the tour are non refundable. You have the right to cancel within the statutory 14 day cooling off period. If you have any questions or queries please contact us at meetings@westdean.ac.uk.

We reserve the right to cancel a tour in unusual circumstances. We try to avoid this where possible, but sometimes it is unavoidable. In this situation, a full refund will be given. We’re sorry that we cannot be financially responsible for extreme weather conditions, travel disruption or any other situations that are outside our control.
