Course Details
Take time away from the Christmas market and join us for a relaxed and informal festive calligraphy session held in the heart of West Dean House. Guided by an experienced tutor, you’ll use specially designed Christmas templates to personalise your own beautiful Christmas card and discover simple techniques for writing names and festive messages beautifully by hand.

The session will take place in the bar in West Dean College.

Make your Christmas gifts extra special this year with beautiful, personalised calligraphy, embossing, and engraving. The Modern Calligraphy Co. will be at the Christmas Market, offering a live calligraphy personalisation service. Bring your pre-purchased glass, paper, or leather gifts and have names, initials, or custom details added to create a truly unique present.
You can buy this service on the day at The Modern Calligraphy Co. stall.

Materials and Equipment
All necessary materials and equipment will be provided for use on the course.

General Information
Sessions are open to anyone aged 18 and over. Short course Vouchers are not useable against events. Please enter through the West Dean Gardens entrance and show your tickets at the Gardens Gatehouse. 

Refunds and Cancellations
Cancellations are permitted up to 7 days before the start of the event, cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. You have the right to cancel within the statutory 14 day cooling off period. If you have any questions or queries, please contact us at meetings@westdean.ac.uk. 

We reserve the right to cancel a class in unusual circumstances. We try to avoid this where possible, but sometimes it is unavoidable. In this situation, a full refund will be given. We’re sorry that we cannot be financially responsible for extreme weather conditions, travel disruption or any other situations that are outside our control.
