Join West Hawai'i Mediation Center as we honor Franz Weber as our 2024 Community Peacebuilder of the Year. Franz was nominated for his volunteer work at Kealakehe Intermediate School, one of many volunteer roles he holds in the community. Franz has served the community in numerous volunteer roles, including: VASH, Habitat for Humanity, the American Cancer Society, Kids Matter - Friends of the Children's Justice Center of West Hawaii, Kiwanis, The Salvation Army, and the Special Olympics. Franz represents the Spirit of Volunteerism that so many local nonprofits rely on to thrive and fulfill their mission. 

Each year, WHMC honors a local Peacebuilder who helps build a healthy community that increases justice, strengthens community relationships, and implements positive change. We're excited to highlight the work that Franz Weber gives to our community. Come learn more about the work of West Hawai'i Mediation Center, connect with old and new like minded friends, enjoy this Pau Hana Celebration, and support the work of the Center.
