Need help?
Step away from the busyness of everyday life and give yourself the gift of a full day dedicated to meditation.
Together we’ll build depth, momentum, and continuity in practice, creating the conditions to go deeper than we can in our usual routines.
“ in our daily practice we can bring our attention to our emotions- pleasant and difficult . In this day retreat we will be looking at the pleasant in our experience through meditation and writing. And fun”
See what a Day Retreat looks like and hear from who has attended. 'The Day Retreat is like a SPA, but for your mind' - Josh
Why take a day out for yourself on this day retreat?
- ringfence some space for you at this transitional time of year
- explore what can happen when you meditate 3 or 4 times in one day
- see how meditation and Dharma work together
- experience standing, walking and laying down meditation as well as sitting
- build confidence in your meditation practice
- enjoy practising in community
So the question is not why go on a day retreat but what's stopping you?
