Need help?
The course assumes you do not have lots of free time and is designed to be integrated into busy lives.
Life with Full Attention is a practical course for anyone who wants to feel more present, less stressed and less stuck on autopilot. It shows how simple mindfulness practices can help you slow down, breathe, and finally feel grounded in your everyday life.
The course teaches you how to respond instead of react, helping you build a calmer and more aware way of living.
Alice O’Keefe from The Guardian called Life with Full Attention her go to guide for real mindfulness.
About the course
This eight week course helps you bring mindfulness into the life you already have. No special background. No extra free time needed.
Each week gives you one simple practice. Things like noticing your screen time, enjoying music and art more fully, and tuning in to your body and feelings. Every session includes meditation, plus small group chats to help you stay supported. You’ll also receive the book to keep you on track.
Perfect for anyone who wants to start meditating or reconnect with inner calm.
There is also a dedicated support app and a book.
