Study Sundays for Women +: Threefold path of ethics, meditation & wisdom

A new study and practice series for women
* Do we have a good understanding of the Threefold Path?
* Is there one aspect which speaks to us more clearly?
* How do we practice these  teachings in our everyday lives?

All sessions run 10.30am-1.00pm

Sun 9 August with Sudurjaya - The morning will be devoted to an exploration of the symbolism of the stupa. With reference to Kamalashila’s teaching we will explore why this symbol is so important in Buddhism. This will be through visualisation, connection with the five Buddha mandala and bodily experience of earth, water, fire, air and space.

Sun 20 September with Jayasuri

Sun 11 October with Maitriyogini

Sun 1 November with Dharmasri
