Let's Meditate Together
The meditation practices all come from the Buddhist tradition, however you can practise meditation with any faith, or indeed no faith at all.
Open to anyone who would like to learn meditation or deepen their existing practice. Usually a led body awareness meditation followed by a tea break and then a second mindfulness meditation session.
Whether you are a complete beginner or have been practising for years there is something to suit everyone.
Tuesdays 7.15-9.30pm
Saturdays 10.30am-12.30pm
