West London Supper Club at Flame & Fire

Join us for our very first supper at the gorgeous Ravenscourt Park restaurant Flame & Fire, on Thursday 26 November.

West London Supper Club is a monthly supper at a local restaurant, designed to help you meet other people in a relaxed setting. You'll join a table of six, hand-picked so you have plenty to talk about. No business cards. No dating. Just a fun evening out to meet other lovely people from the area.

What’s included

• Your seat at a table of six
• A three-course set supper menu from the wonderful team at Flame & Fire
• A welcome drink: a glass of sparkling wine or an alcohol-free option
• A warm welcome and introductions to your table

Your ticket covers a three-course set menu and a welcome drink. You'll pay for anything extra, such as more drinks, on the night, with a 12.5% service charge added to these extras.

What's for supper?

To start

• Grilled halloumi, salad garnish (V)
• Smoked salmon croquettes, avocado mayo
• Garlic button mushrooms, warm homemade bread (V)

Mains

• Pan-fried chicken fillet, mashed potato, creamy mushroom sauce
• 30-Day dry-aged Steak Burger with homemade skin-on fries
• Pan-fried salmon fillet, baby potatoes, grilled courgette, tomato and caper sauce
• Diavolo pasta, spinach & creamy tomato sauce (V)
• 30-Day dry-aged Sirloin Steak (8oz) with skin-on fries (+£10 supplement)
  Sauce: Green peppercorn, Garlic butter, Red wine, Béarnaise, Chimichurri (+£3.50)

To finish

• Chocolate & hazelnut cheesecake
• Lemon & panna cotta tart
• Affogato (vanilla ice cream & espresso)

How your table is chosen

When you book, you'll answer a few questions about yourself. We'll use everyone's answers to hand-pick each table so you’ll have plenty to talk about.

At our networking events, guests often tell us how much they value the warm welcome and the people they meet. We’re bringing that same warmth to West London Supper Club.

Coming on your own? You won’t be alone.

Most guests expect to come solo. If you’re booking with a friend or partner, please book each ticket individually and let us know in the questionnaire, so we can seat you at different tables.

How the evening works

• From 6:30pm: Join us for your welcome drink. We’ll greet you at the door and introduce you to your table.
• 7:00pm: Enjoy a three-course supper (menu shown above, but no need to choose until the night). Guests will swap seats before dessert, so you get to chat with everyone on your table.
• Around 9:15pm: Stay for a drink and more chatting if you’d like, but there’s no pressure to hang around.
• Around 10:00pm: The evening wraps up.

Good to know

• Dietary needs and allergies: please let us know in the questionnaire so we can share these with the restaurant in good time.
• If your plans change: you can get a full refund up to a week before the supper (i.e. Thursday 19 November). After that, we can't offer refunds, but if you let us know by Sunday 22 November, you can pass your place to a friend (who'll need to answer some questions for table-matching). If something unavoidable comes up, get in touch and we'll do our best to help. And of course if we ever need to cancel an event, you'll get a full refund.
