Join us for the Dance Westminster Grand Final at Porchester Hall on Tuesday 15 October. Doors open at 12.30pm for a 1pm start.
This much-loved dance competition is for people with disabilities to take part in a competitive and inclusive dance programme, and all are welcome to enjoy their final performance.
It promises to be an afternoon to remember with ten finalists competing for the title of the Dance Westminster champions with a professional dance partner. A celebrity judging panel will provide feedback on each performance and you can have your say in the audience choice award.
About Dance Westminster
Dance Westminster aims to encourage people with disabilities to be active. It is run by Westminster City Council in partnership with local inclusive dance company Step Change Studios and is open to people with disabilities aged 11 and over who live, study or work in the city.
This year’s competition offers three free workshops across the city for participants to experience an inclusive, engaging dance class and learn a
dance routine. Auditions then identify 10 amazing finalists who receive one to one tuition with a professional dance partner to prepare their routine in the
Grand Final.
From Ballroom to Bollywood dance, Dance Westminster is a pan-disability event for all abilities and abilities and no previous dance experience is required.

If you need any assistance to fully participate in this event as a member of the audience, please let us know on your registration form or email rsvp@westminster.gov.uk. There is step free access to Porchester Hall via an external lift.
Attendance
The event is likely to be very popular, so please let us know if you are unable to attend as soon as possible (at least 48 hours prior), so that we can release your space to someone else.
