Lay Preachers 2026

Westminster’s annual Lay Preachers & Worship Leaders event is one of the main ways we support lay preachers and worship leaders across the Synods.

These days offer theological and biblical input, worship, encouragement, and the opportunity to meet old friends and new while sharing ideas and developing resources for ministry.

The event is intended for those involved in lay preaching and worship leading who are looking for theological refreshment, practical encouragement, and the chance to learn alongside others engaged in similar forms of ministry.

It offers a setting in which experience, questions, and ideas can be shared, helping strengthen confidence and deepen reflection in local church life.
