WSBH - Careers Link Governor Community Networking Termly Meetings

Firstly, I would like to thank everyone who took the time to complete our recent survey. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us ensure that our Governor Network continues to meet your needs and provide meaningful opportunities for collaboration and development.

Following the survey results, we are pleased to confirm that we will continue with our three termly online Governor meetings, taking place from 5:00pm to 6:00pm on the following dates:

• 11 November
• 3 March
• 9 June

Please find the link for all three for your ease of reference, a diary invite will also be sent to you to secure the time in your calendar.

Our final gathering of the academic year will be our Summer Conference, for which a separate invitation will be sent nearer the time. Traditionally held in July, this event provides an opportunity to see and celebrate the work of the Careers Hub over the year and the impact that has been achieved across our network.

The agenda for each of our Governor meetings will include:

• Introductions
• An overview of the Careers Hub and current developments
• An opportunity to share Governor experiences, ideas, and best practice

These discussions are invaluable in ensuring that we continue to evolve and strengthen our support for the Careers Link Governor community, ultimately benefiting the students you oversee. In addition to these scheduled meetings, training opportunities and updates from the Careers & Enterprise Company (CEC) will be shared with you as they become available.
