Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes
Format: Online (MS Teams)
Who is the session for?
This session is free for all staff and volunteers across West Yorkshire who care for the health, wellbeing, and social needs of people in our local communities. Whether you're a frontline worker, team leader, or support staff, this webinar is for you!
Why should I attend?
Caring for others is at the heart of what we do—but who’s caring for you? In this interactive webinar, we’ll explore:
- Understanding Wellbeing: Different models and frameworks to support your mental and emotional health.
- Recognising Burnout & Compassion Fatigue: Identifying early signs and understanding their impact.
- Practical Tools for Self-Care: Evidence-based strategies to manage stress and prevent burnout.
- Building a Supportive Team Culture: How to foster a positive and resilient team environment.
By the end of this session, you'll have actionable tools to protect your wellbeing and support your team. You will also receive a bespoke workbook that has been designed to be used alongside the workshop to support you and your team to continue your wellbeing journey beyond the webinar.
