About the Business Networking event 

Join over 750 business leaders for an afternoon of relaxed, sociable, corporate hospitality at the Wetherby Beer Festival. The event takes place before the festival officially opens to the public and is exclusively reserved for corporate guests. It's the perfect way to entertain clients, suppliers or colleagues to build relationships and extend your network.

The event provides free beer, gin and prosecco, including non alcoholic options; it's a great way to wrap up the working week and kick off the bank holiday weekend.

Tickets are sold in bundles of 4, 10 or 15 so you can invite your clients, colleagues and suppliers or if your prefer book for yourself to come. If you would like to pay via invoice please email us and we can arrange for this.  events@Wetherbyrufc.com.  

Remember - all profits from this event go to support our local community sports facility at Grange Park to keep grass roots sports thriving - it's genuinely a case of 'doing good' too.

Transport from Leeds City Centre:  We have organised a coach from Leeds City Centre to Grange Park, leaving at 1.30pm so you arrive for the start of the networking event.  Coach tickets are £7 one way.  Coach seats are limited and need to be booked.  

KEY DETAILS 

• Date:  May 2nd 2025, Friday afternoon from 2pm
• Time:  Doors open at 2pm.  The Business Networking event ends at 5.30pm, afterwards all attendees are welcome to stay for the main festival from 5.30pm until close at 11pm and enjoy the live music entertainment, tribute acts to Fleetwood Mac and Bruce Springsteen will be performing. 
• Business Networking: This event is for business leaders and their colleagues. 
• Age restrictions: You and your guests must be 18+  to attend this event   
• Street food will be available to buy - vendors accept cash or card.

A few things to note...

Booking Fee:  This ticketing website charges fees for us to use it, as a fundraiser we can not fully absorb these costs therefore if you book online there will be a small booking fee applied, however you can buy your tickets from us directly via invoice and payment via BACS.  To pay via BACS please complete the form on our website and there will be no booking fees to pay.  

Sorry No Refunds!  We do not offer any refunds for unwanted / unused tickets but you may transfer them to a friend if you can no longer attend.  

This event is held mainly in the marquees & outdoors (in addition to the Clubhouse). Please dress for the weather and wear appropriate footwear.

We operate a challenge 25 policy, please bring ID if you are lucky enough to look below the age of 25.
