Put AI to Work: Become the AI Person on Your Team

Thu Oct 22, 2026 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Thurs, Oct 22 · 3:00–6:00 PM · Bend
$65 first 6 tickets or through Monday, October 12th · $85 after · snacks and drinks included

You've tried AI. You ask it a question, get a decent answer, and go back to doing the work yourself.

Meanwhile, some people are handing AI whole pieces of their job. It reads their files, follows their process, and gets the first draft done while they move on to something else. Most of them aren't engineers. They learned how to set it up, and the gap between them and everyone else is growing fast.

This workshop gets you across that gap and makes you the person your team turns to when AI comes up.

The first Put AI to Work sold out in August. One attendee told us how helpful it was to go back to the fundamentals. Another used what they learned to save thousands of dollars and more than 10 hours a month, all within a week of the session.

This time, we're adding a section on bringing AI into your workplace, for teams of different sizes with different security and compliance needs.

What You'll Walk Out With

  1. The foundations. How tools like Claude Cowork and ChatGPT for Work operate, where they're most useful, and how to give them the context and instructions they need to produce professional-quality work.
  2. A framework for bringing AI into your workplace. Rollout looks different at a five-person shop than at an organization with strict security and compliance requirements. Even if you're not leading the rollout, you'll know which decisions matter and what questions to ask.
  3. Real-world practice. We'll take repetitive tasks, break them down for AI, and start building AI-assisted versions of those workflows together.

Who It's For

Founders, sales and marketing professionals, product and technology leaders, operators, fractional consultants and coaches, and other knowledge workers who want to get more out of AI than answers to questions.

You don't need to write code or have advanced AI experience. We'll start with the fundamentals and build from there.
