This powerful 8 week practical Mindfulness Course brings you the opportunity to access a state of calm, find new ways to manage stress and turn towards peace, especially when life feels tough. The course brings together accredited and established Mindfulness practices; guided meditations; time for inner reflection and stress-busting techniques. It also draws from Life Coaching and CBT techniques and we will discuss key Mindfulness principles like acceptance and compassion.
