Unwind your body and clear your mind with a gentle yoga session followed by guided journaling as the sun sets over Oak Point Park and Nature Preserve. This session is designed for all levels, offering a perfect Sunday reset to help you find clarity and calm.
What to Expect
- Sunset Yoga Flow: A guided, restorative sequence focusing on gentle stretching, deep breathing, and grounding poses to release physical tension.
- Reflective Journaling: Following our practice, we will transition into a quiet period of guided journaling. You will be provided with thoughtful prompts to help you process emotions, clear your mind, and focus on your goals.
- Community Connection: An opportunity to share space with like-minded individuals in a peaceful, outdoor setting.
