Analogue Hearts: A Letter Writing Social

An afternoon of handwritten letters, photographs, coffee & connection.

What if we slowed down long enough to actually say what we mean?

Analogue Hearts is an afternoon dedicated to slowing down, putting something meaningful on paper, and connecting with the people around us.

We'll spend the afternoon writing handwritten letters, taking photographs, enjoying coffee, and making space for thoughtful conversation and new connections.

Come write a letter to someone you love, someone you miss, someone you're becoming, or someone you haven't spoken to in a while.

You don't need to be a writer. You don't need to know anyone. And you don't need to have the perfect words.

We'll provide the materials, prompts, and space to help you get started.

What to expect

💌 Write a letter
Choose someone you'd like to write to and put something real into words.

📸 Take a photograph
Capture a moment from the afternoon to send along with your letter.

📮 We'll mail it for you
Once you're finished, we'll take care of mailing your letter so you can send a little piece of this afternoon into the world.

☕ Coffee & conversation
Settle in, meet someone new, and enjoy an afternoon away from the usual routine.

Photos and/or short videos may be taken during the event and may be used by While We're Here Co. on our website, social media, marketing materials, and future promotional content.

By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you acknowledge that you may appear in event photography or video.

If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please let a member of the While We're Here Co. team know when you arrive. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

💸 Refund Policy

Tickets are refundable up to 3 days before the event.

Refund requests made within 3 days of the event are not eligible for a refund due to event costs and preparations that have already been committed.
