Featuring input from one of our team, as well as plenty of space for personal reflection and ideas for how to use your day. We'd love to welcome you and if this is your first experience of spending a day in silence, it will be a good introduction.

Simple Quiet Days begin with Reflective Communion at 9.45am, there is a short break after communion to allow those not staying on to leave the Chapel. Should you not attend communion first, please arrive by 10.30am as the service finishes. The day ends by 3.30pm.
