Summer Workshop: Learn The Art of Lino Printing

Tue 1 Sep 2026 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM

Take a creative pause, try something new and create your own lino printed toiletry bag to take home.

Try It Tuesdays: In this mindful summer workshop, give the art of lino printing a go.

Lino printing, or linocut, is a relief printing technique where you carve a design into a block of linoleum or soft vinyl. You then roll ink onto the raised, uncut surfaces and press it onto fabric or paper to create a print. It is a highly satisfying, beginner-friendly craft - perfect for a lunch break. Plus, you'll end up with a beautiful new toiletry bag in your very own design to take home.

Our guest artist, Hanna, will walk you through step by step and provide all materials.

Try something new while chatting to some lovely people from other offices! Short on time?  Feel free to bring your lunch!

Date: Tuesday 1 September.

Time: 12-2pm (minimum 15 minutes needed)

Drop in: No booking required - drop in for as long or little as you like.

Location: On The Green (or Gateway Central reception if it rains)

Audience: This event is a WCP Community exclusive - you may be asked to show your WCP app or your access pass to take part.

Weather: we may need to rain check or move the activity indoors - keep an eye on this event page on the day for updates!
