These are some of the questions we will explore over a beautiful weekend of Soul Searching and Soul Journeying! Using a combination of Numerology, Astrology, Past Life Regression and Meditation, Sound Healing and Hypnotherapy techniques to uncover what your unique Soul's Signature and Blueprint is for this incarnation.
We will be a small group of 6-8 to create an intimate and safe sharing space for the weekend. Held and supported by two fully trained and experienced therapists in Regression, Hypnotherapy, Sound & Energy Healing.

Q - I'm only just starting on a Spiritual path and don't know much about the subjects you are talking about - can I still come?
A - Absolutely ! This retreat is open to all who are curious about the above . You only need an open mind and willingness to listen and explore. Take what resonates and leave the rest but allow yourself to go on a journey that may be both strange and magical !
Q - I have never had Past Life Regression - is it safe? Will I experience anything negative.
A - Rest assured that your Soul / Higher Self is always in charge. It will never show you what you are not ready to see. Trust the process and remember that you will be safely guided by experienced therapists and you are always in control. Think of it as a family member showing you a photograph album from a long time ago. You can look but don't need to experience everything in the images.
Q - I'm looking for a relaxing weekend - is this the right one for me?
A - This retreat is created to be more of a transformative journey rather than a relaxation retreat. There will be a combination of therapy work that may be emotional, and relaxation in the form of sound healing and Yoga Nidra. There will also be a lot of laughter and humour....because we believe that Spiritual work does not need to be hard or overly serious. But if you are not feeling ready to face some of your shadow as well as your light, then this may not be right for you at the moment. Trust your instinct and inner knowing!
A - How long have you both worked together ?
Q - We have been working together since early 2020 and have been friends for a lot longer than that. We have facilitated various Spiritual workshops, Yoga Nidra meditations , Shamanic journeys and cacao and drum circles. We are experienced at working both together and as induvidual therapists.

We will be enjoying Windyridge - a large spacious room with comfy sofas and large french doors opening to the garden and orchard with far reaching views to the Malvern Hills.
Completley private and self contained with kicthen, lounge, bathroom and patio area. Free on site parking.
What should I bring ?
Please bring with you the following :
* A cushion and warm fluffy blanket . Optional eye mask or scarf
* A personal journal and pen.
* Any personal power objects or totems such as crystals or cards you would like to work with.
* A refillable water bottle and a packed lunch on both Saturday and Sunday.
