Eclipse from Blackwood Hill Viewpoint

This ranger led walk is hosted by the Whitelee Countryside Rangers and will depart from the Visitor Centre to Blackwood Hill Viewpoint.

This 5km round trip will take you to the viewpoint and back. Leaving at 6pm you'll be able to see the eclipse from an excellent vantage point.

Solar Eclipse glasses for safe viewing will be included.

Due to the nature of this walk we recommend bringing walking shoes.

This 5km route includes steep inclines, which may prove strenuous for those with difficulty walking.
